POSITION
Full-Time, Hourly, Performance-Based Bonus
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

As a Strategic Account Relationship Manager, you will lead our revenue generation efforts with our strategic partners. We are searching for an ethical, energetic, tenacious, and persistent sales professional who shares our values and vision to source and cultivate new client relationships, provide best-in-class client service, and market our expanding suite of loan products. · Ability to be a key member of our business development team and drive the company’s strong national growth
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Act as the relationship manager for new and existing strategic partnership channels, primarily real estate broker relationships
· Identify partnership opportunities with industry professionals and build strong relationships to drive mutually beneficial relationships and referral programs
· Own the end-to-end relationship with client acquired through partnerships and broker channels:
o Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts and a high volume of daily prospecting activities
o Become an expert on our product suite and operational capabilities, as well as those of our competitors and be able to speak to our differentiation
o Clearly articulate our different loan products that are available to our clients, as well as the terms of each of those services
o Correspond with applicants to obtain information needed to prequalify loans and submit loan applications, as well as answer client questions about our process
o Utilize CRM tools for task management and daily organization of outreach activities
o Act as the key point of contact for borrowers and collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure that deals close in a smooth and timely manner
· Attend relevant events to network with potential partners
· Support Conventus’ strong client relationship culture through on-going client contact, quality client service, and superior product and market knowledge
· Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
· 3-5 years in a business development role, preferably in the lending or real estate industry
· Proficient experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, preferred, but not required
