POSITION
Full-Time, Hourly, Performance-Based Bonus
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA or West Palm Beach, FL

As an Associate, Borrower Advocacy, you will play an integral role in achieving our company's daily mission for our clients. We are seeking an ethical, detail-oriented, and organized Mortgage Servicing professional who is committed to going the extra mile and shares our values and vision. This presents an excellent opportunity to be a vital team member, crucial to ensuring thorough loan servicing and client satisfaction during a pivotal stage in our company's development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate and resolve inquiries promptly to enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor and evaluate loan performance, delinquencies, and defaults
Make outbound calls as necessary, handling collection and inquiry calls.
Create, review, and dispatch Reinstatement and Payoff Quotes.
Evaluate loans approaching their Maturity date, capturing exit strategies or extension requests.
Generate referrals to the Special Assets Division for Non-Performing Loans.
Scrutinize boarding files and loan documents to verify the accuracy of loan boarding.
Execute job responsibilities in alignment with specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and department metrics, and undertake additional duties as assigned.
Stay informed about market changes and regulations relevant to the role.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Uphold Conventus' commitment to a strong customer relationship culture through customer interactions, delivering quality customer service, and demonstrating superior loan knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills
Superior time management skills
Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and information retention
Proficient detail-oriented communicator and listener
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Education and Experience
2 years of mortgage or lending industry experience
Prior loan servicing experience required
Loss Mitigation experience preferred but not required
Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred but not required

Salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent upon experience)
